Professional Staff

What sets up apart is our unmatched caregiving professional staff. We have two caregivers on during the day, and awake staff during the night. We also have a personal cook, activities personnel, house manager, and onsite owner/operator as additional staff in the home weekly.   This unique model allows us to ensure the highest levels of care and safety, along with the quality time necessary to spend one-on-one with your loved one, allowing them the opportunity to live the way they want, and deserve.

Our caregiving support team includes individuals experienced and specially trained to care for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.   Clover Care employs caregivers who are certified with the state of Kansas and include licensed Nurses, CMA staff (Certified Medication Aide), and CNA staff (Certified Nurse Aide).

Clover Care offers the opportunity for residents who appreciate the socialization and the personalized care of a small staff. There is great comfort in seeing and engaging with the same caregivers, day in and day out. In addition, a caregiver who is observing and aiding a resident on a daily basis is more likely to notice changes in health or mental status that may need medical attention or be brought to the attention of family members.

Testimonials

The care our mom has received at Clover Care has been nothing short of exceptional. The country setting helps to add to the inviting atmosphere in which our mom has thrived. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Clover Care has made a difficult situation seem like a natural transition in life. We would recommend it to anyone looking for long term care of a loved one.
